How quickly do you process orders?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within five working days* of order receipt.

How much does delivery cost?
The delivery costs are calculated on weight and the cost is detailed in your cart once a destination is selected.
How long will delivery take?

What happens if my parcel does not arrive?
We do hope that this does not happen. But if it does we work within Royal Mail’s guidelines. Delayed post can not be declared missing (and therefore be refunded or replaced) until the following amount of working days has passed since postage:

Returns
– If you are not satisfied with your order or want to cancel it, we will need to be informed within seven days from the date of delivery by email or by mail. Your statutory rights ae not affected.
– All returns must be returned unworn and unused in original packaging, then a full refund of products and outward postage will be reimbursed on receipt.
– You are responsible for the payment of return postage and tracking of any returned goods (retain your proof of postage, we recommend recorded delivery).
Faulty or damaged items
We really hope nothing is untoward but if before 30 days after your delivery, your item is faulty, please contact us my mail or email with a photo of the item and we can assess.
What we cant accept as a return
– Product issues due to wear and tear.
– Misused products.
– Products, where the care instructions have not been followed.
– Products not in the original packaging.
– Always follow the care instructions.
What you are responsible for
– The goods until they are returned to us.
– The full price of the return postage, this includes any tracking service or insurance.
– Ensuring the returned products are appropriately packaged and are undamaged in original unopened packaging and unused.
– Ensuring the package is returned, we advise you track your parcel and retain all receipts. For expensive items, you may wish to insure (at your own cost).
