Deliveries

How quickly do you process orders?

Your product will be printed on demand. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 working days of order receipt. Typically mugs dispatch within 4 working days and textiles seven working days.

***Pandemic Update***

Currently preparation pre-dispatch is:

4 working days for 11oz ceramic mugs, prints, socks, morfs 

7 working days for enamel mugs, water bottles and textiles and is subject to change.

Where do you Deliver?

We can deliver worldwide, but if you get to the checkout and your destination isn’t there, do contact us and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to The  Arctic, Antarctica, Iraq, Iran, Ukraine and North Korea.

We no longer deliver to the EU or EFTA or Northern Ireland. If by some chance an order was processed – we will refund in full but no item will be sent.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

The delivery costs are calculated on weight, which are displayed at checkout,  the delivery options in addition to processing time are dependent on destination. Please note these are ESTIMATES:

Christmas 2020 delivery

All orders for Christmas 2020 must be placed before 9am GMT on the dates below. Unfortunately delivery before Christmas 2020 cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if my parcel does not arrive?

We so hope that this does not happen. But if it does we work within Royal Mail’s guidelines. Delayed post can not be declared missing (and therefore be refunded or replaced) until the following amount of working days has passed since postage:

Import Duties or Taxes

We are not liable for all local import and/or customs taxes. These must be paid for buy the buyer.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or want to cancel it, we will need to be informed within seven days from the date of delivery by email or by mail. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All returns must be returned unworn and unused in original packaging, then a full refund of products and outward postage will be reimbursed on receipt. You are responsible for the payment of return postage and tracking of any returned goods (retain your proof of postage, we recommend recorded delivery for fragile or expensive returns).

Faulty or damaged items

We really hope nothing is untoward but if before 30 days after your delivery, your item is faulty, please contact us my mail or email with a photo of the item and we can assess.

What we cant accept as a return

Product issues due to wear and tear.

Misused products.

Products, where the care instructions have not been followed.

Products not in their original packaging.

Always follow the care instructions.

What you are responsible for

The goods until they are returned to us.

The full price of the return postage, this includes any tracking service or insurance.

Ensuring the returned products are appropriately packaged and are undamaged in original unopened packaging and unused.

Ensuring the package is returned, we advise you track your parcel and retain all receipts. For expensive items, you may wish to insure (at your own cost).

When you become responsible for the goods?

Goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.

Discount Voucher Codes

Please note a discount code can only be used once per customer. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of abuse.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Pre-dispatch Processing Time

We usually process your order within 4 -7  working days. In we are experiencing an unusual high demand and cannot fulfill the order within this period, we will email you with a revised dispatch date or the option to place on back order or cancel your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we can offer you a back order. If you don’t want to wait, we will offer a full refund.

Account Setup

We will collect the following information about you: your name, email and password.

Product Purchase

We will collect the following information about you: postal address including company name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, e-mail address,  purchases and orders.

When you buy a product you are only agreeing to your name, delivery address, product and purchase price only will to be passed to our manufacturer. No card details will be sent to the manufacturer.

Other

We do not knowingly collect data relating to children. This website is not for children.

We will also collect:

– your correspondence with us, written and electronic.

Competitions

During a competition, we will collect will collect the following information about you (but not limited to):
– your postal address (to be used to deliver a prize – this will be shared with our manufacturer in order for you to receive your prize),  your telephone number. your e-mail address.
